Items purchased as part of this promotion must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
New Wash can be exchanged for another version of New Wash, of the same size, or a styling product.
Styling products can only be exchanged for another styling product of similar or lower price range.
Customers who return orders have two options for returning:
- Handling the return on their end entirely
- Requesting a return label from us. This means the equivalent of shipping fees (charged or not) will be subtracted from their refund, should they ask for one. If they ask for an exchange, the return label will be covered by Hairstory.
- To initiate a return, contact our product specialists by emailing hello@hairstory.com.
Shipping Charges
We do not offer refunds on shipping charges. We do not offer return labels; shipping for returns will be at your own cost.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you received a damaged product or your shipment is missing, notify us immediately for assistance at hello@hairstory.com. Damaged products or missing shipments are eligible for a replacement within 30 days of delivery.
